ISF Film Festival: “The Fixer” (dir. Michael Schilf) Wins Best Action Film and Best Supporting Actor.

The Fixer, written and directed by Michael Schilf, will screen on Day 1 of the 2020 Independent Filmmakers Showcase: Los Angeles Film Festival. “The Fixer” won Best Action Film as well as Best Supporting Actor in a Short (Danny Trejo).

“The Fixer” follows the story of Jack Cross, an extorted Mafia enforcer who must partner with the femme fatale hired gun who murdered his wife in order to save his daughter and liberate himself from a sadistic LA crime boss.

Starring Jesse C. Boyd, Veronica Diaz Carranza, Vincent van Hinte, and Danny Trejo, “The Fixer” explores themes of vengeance, forgiveness, and redemption.
